Use of the site (access, navigation and registration of a user account on this site) constitutes the implied agreement to accept the “Terms and Conditions” listed in this document and the Privacy Policy, with all effects and consequences arising therefrom.
Fatcom Impex SRL makes every effort to improve its services. Consequently, the information presented on the site www.fatcom.ro are informative, any information on this site can be modified at any time. SC Fatcom Impex SRL reserves the right to suspend, modify, add or delete other portions of its site at any time, without prior notice to those who use it. “Buyers” have permanent access to the “Terms and Conditions” for the use of the services and to be able to consult them at any time. There is also the possibility that the information, product descriptions may be incomplete, but the “Seller” will endeavor to present the most relevant and accurate information, so that the product can be used in the parameters for which it was purchased.
The photographs, slogans, texts, images, as well as the works that are integrated in this site are the property of Fatcom Impex SRL and / or its suppliers and are protected by law for the protection of copyright. Copying, multiplying, distributing, archiving or storing, by any means, including electronic, magnetic or computerized, the materials and information on this site, attempting to intervene, by any means, in the content of this site, deleting or modifying by any means of published materials and information, or attempting to act for this purpose is not permitted.

By launching an electronic or telephone order on the aforementioned site, the “Buyer” agrees with the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the “Seller” carries out its operations.
Orders for lubricants, greases, other fluids are made in two ways.
“Buyers” who have an account and password, who have already concluded a “Sale-Purchase Agreement”, will log in from the top right of the main page or from the “Store Orders” menu. From the same menu, they will complete the desired assortments and for completion they will press the “Send order” button. They will receive an order confirmation email with an order number.
“Buyers”, who do not have an account and password, will enter the “Oils” menu, select the desired products and quantities, and at the end will press the button with the shopping cart on the right of the menu or the “Orders” button and will finish by pressing the “Send order” button. They will receive an order confirmation email with an order number after which they will be called by an operator to establish the details (confirmation of the price, availability, transport price).
Non-priced products can be sent in the same way and will be considered as a “Request for Quotation”, following that an operator will contact the users and provide the information regarding the product (price, availability, etc.).
The “Seller” will issue to the “Buyer” an invoice for the delivered products, the obligation of the “Buyer” being to provide all the information necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
All products sold by the site www.fatcom.ro, benefit from warranty conditions according to the legislation in force.
The payment methods, for those with account and password, are according to the commercial contract (OP, BO, CEC), and for the other “Buyers” there will be cash or refund, depending on the geographical area and their preferences.
The prices do not contain the value of the transport. They contain the value of the transport only if they are in the distribution area of the “Seller”, which will be agreed between the two parties when confirming the order by phone.
If the terms of delivery and / or start of the Order cannot be observed, the “Seller” is obliged to notify the “Buyer” of the estimated term of completion of the delivery.
Return policy. According to Ordinance 130/2000, “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract “. The “Buyer” may unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 10 working days, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. The cancellation of the purchase within 10 days can be applied only for the products ordered online and delivered by courier. The right of renunciation applies only to natural persons, not to legal persons.
The return policy is as follows:
1. The Buyer will send by e-mail to the office address (@) fatcom.ro a request with the subject “Product return request order no. From date” (the order number will be specified) and in the e-mail the Buyer’s data will be specified: name and surname and the email address used to register the order, the number and date of issuing the invoice and optionally if desired the causes / reasons that led to the application of the return policy.
2. The return request will be approved only if the procedure in point 1 is complete and if the product (s) meets the following conditions: to be in the same condition in which it was delivered, to be in the original packaging, without signs of wear, modification or consumption, without traces of use.
3. After the arrival of the product / products, they will be checked by us and it will be ascertained whether or not the “Return Policy” can be applied for them. The verification and ascertainment will be made on the basis of what is written in points 1 and 2 of the “Return Policy”.
4. The final results of the finding will be sent to the Buyer by email within 48 working hours from the receipt of the products.
5. For products that meet the requirements of points 1 and 2 of the “Return Policy”, the seller will replace the product with a new one, specified in the initial order of the “Buyer”. If for some reason the product is no longer available it can be replaced with a similar product of higher value by paying the difference by “” Buyer “or if the product will be of lower value by refunding the difference to” Buyer “.
Note: The shipping costs of the product / products are the responsibility of the “Buyer” or the “Seller” if he has delivered a product other than the one specified in the order.
For packages with visible damage, the “Buyer” is asked to refuse their receipt.
Communication, opinions about products / services, suggestions, complaints can be made at the email addresses on the site or in the “contact” section through the “Contact form”. Opinions or addresses containing insults or inappropriate language will be excluded or ignored from the site. The “seller” is free to manage the information received without having to provide justifications for it.
If it is considered that any material made available on the site, posted on the site by third parties or users, violates copyright or any other rights, it is necessary to report this situation to the staff who manage this site.
